It has been 8 years since we launched our inaugural web site, so we felt it was about time we revamped the show a bit. Thanks to the great effort from Melissa Collins at Melissa Collins Graphic Design we have been able to make this possible. As we move forward into the New Year you will be receiving updates on Fullblood cattle for sale and our current breeding programs. We hope you all enjoy a well earned Christmas break and New Year. Please feel free to contact me to discuss anything Wagyu! We are willing to discuss any orders for Yearling Bulls next year.
Despite the very dry conditions experienced in NSW at the moment we have been able join our Fullblood Autumn calvers to AI with very positive result (77% conception on the 2nd AI). Currently, our Spring Fullblood calvers are in between the 1st and 2nd AI. It is the Second year in a row we have been using Greg Popplewell’s expertise with Total Genetic Resource Manager (TGRM). This is an excellent tool to accurately select the best breeding outcomes in relation to the Full Blood feeder index, growth and carcase EBV’s, inbreeding coefficients and helps in minimising the potential effect of genetic recessive diseases.
