Welcome to Kuro Kin Wagyu
Our aim is to produce the best Wagyu genetics in large framed well-marbled functional cattle which are able to survive on natural pastures under Australian conditions. This year all our Fullblood Wagyu cows have raised their own calves without supplementation. At Kuro Kin Wagyu we have selected high Tajima bloodlines with enough infusions of the Shimane and Kedaka lines to capture size, balance and maternal qualities, while never losing sight of good temperament. Kuro Kin Wagyu beef consistently delivers marbling, tenderness, flavour and texture. |
